Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 8, 2025 (rain date November 9), and join us at Chestnut Hall Farm in Prospect, Kentucky, for a special Community Day and Tack Sale Fundraiser. This family-friendly afternoon brings together local horse lovers, vendors, and community organizations to celebrate the season and support the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation.

Set on the historic grounds of Chestnut Hall, guests are invited to shop a wide variety of donated tack and gently used items, explore booths from local clubs and vendors, and enjoy festive fall activities. This event offers something for everyone, all while raising critical funds for the retired racehorses of the TRF.

Your Experience Includes:

• Tack Sale Fundraiser – Shop donated tack and equipment, with all proceeds going to the TRF.

• Vendor Booths – Local farms, tack shops, community groups, and small businesses showcasing their offerings.

• Meet the Retired Racehorses – Say hello, pet, and feed treats to our resident retired racehorses.

• Community Connections – Open invitation for clubs, organizations, and neighbors to join in the day.

Vendor & Donor Opportunities:

• Sell your own tack/items by reserving a $20 sale table (fee supports the TRF).

• Donate tack or items to be sold directly for the fundraiser.

• Set up an informational booth to connect with the community.
