This historic 1865 farmhouse is set on a gated 25 picturesque acres and is home to 10 retired Thoroughbred racehorses. The home consists of four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a grand porch overlooking our horses’ paddocks, making it the perfect location for your stay during Derby weekend. Chestnut Hall is located just 30 minutes from Churchill Downs, 10 minutes to most shopping and dining, and 5 minutes to Kroger, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

Primary bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the horses’ paddocks, perfect for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds (has access to Bedroom 2 bath).
Half bath on 1st floor.
All Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
Ample closet space for you to feel at home during your stay. Linens and towels are provided.
A spacious eat in kitchen is equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher, double oven, stove top, air fryer, coffee maker, and refrigerator. All the glassware (including wine and champagne glasses), plates and utensils are provided.
