Building on more than 35 years of experience, the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation has launched a ground-breaking new Public-Private Partnership in Ocala Florida with the first-of-it-kind-in-the-country TRF Second Chances Juvenile Program. At this new program, launched in February 2021, the retired racehorses of the TRF will take on the role of healers and teachers for the youths in the care and custody of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice at the Center for Success and Independence (CSI) in Ocala.
